Alaska Mountaineering and Hiking (AMH) is a full-service ski shop. Throughout the year we provide ski tuning, waxing, and mounting services as well as nordic stone grinding. We have Masterfit certified boot fitters on staff who are trained in advanced boot modifications and the making of custom insoles. We also have a handful of staff who are trained in the molding of thermo-liners for those who don’t require massive changes to the fit.

- We deal with binding from all Major brands including, but not limited to, Marker, Salomon, Atomic, G3, Dynafit, Black Diamond and Plum

- We have a variety of grind to fit different local conditions. Talk to our knowledgeable staff to find the right one for you

- With Masterfit trained technicians and an in-store insole machine, we can get your boots fitting like a dream
