Shipping into and out of Alaska is expensive. We strive to keep this cost to a minimum. We will individually calculate the shipping cost for each order, and only charge that amount. Due to this, there may be a slight delay between when your order is placed, and when it ships. We will compare each shipping company, and fit your items into the smallest package possible.
All items are subject to manufacturer's warranty. Each manufacture has their specific policy with time-limits and terms. AMH is not the manufacture and we too are at the discretion of the manufacture and their policy. Generally, it is best for the consumer to contact the manufacture directly.
But we stand behind the gear we sell to perform as advertised. If you believe an item has a warranty issue, send it back to us with a note describing the what's, whys and what-for's on why the item is defective. We will survey the item to determine what course of action is best.
If AMH determines the item is clearly defective we will do our best to replace that item with a like item, which is subject to availability. If the item is not available we will give an immediate refund of the purchase price only. Or if you choose, AMH will order a replacement item from the manufacture.
Most manufactures require returned items for warranty be cleaned and charge a cleaning fee. Other manufactures charge a handing fee. The consumer is responsible for all fees.
We will do our utmost to satisfy you and keep you as a life-long customer. We ask that there be some understanding though, AMH is subject to the manufactures policies and at times they must see the item to determine if it is defective. This time-frame can take weeks to months.
