If for some reason you do not like or want the item and it is new with the manufacturers tags still attached, return the item along with a brief description of why you are returning the item and what action you would like us to take: refund, send new item or store credit. We require a sales receipt with all returns to gaurantee the same item purchased is the same item returned and to ensure the purchase price. Please insure the package for the full amount of the item, we are not responsible for lost shipping items.
We also require your full credit card information for a refund or you will get store credit. We do not keep this information and to credit your card account we require your card information. You will be refunded for the purchase price of the item only, shipping charges are not refunded both to and from AMH, if applicable.
There is a 30-day limit from the date of the original sale on all refunds and exchanges unless it is a warranty issue.
No returns on underwear: No Exceptions!
No returns on bargain priced and close out items, all sales are final: No Exceptions.
Footwear can be worn indoors to ensure they fit properly but once worn outside, they can not be returned for a refund. If the footwear is modified even if you have not worn them outside, there is a no-refund policy.
Custom fit liners can not be returned for refund if they have been heat-molded by the customer. We can not ensure the foam was heated correctly and not damaged.
Skis can not be returned for a refund once a binding has been mounted.
Climbing gear can not be returned once it has left our shop. This is a liability issue as this gear has life saving attributes and we do not have the means to inspect and guarantee the gear that it has not been used or damaged.
We are as customer friendly as we can possibly be and our return policies are in-place to protect both us and our customers.
