In general
it is better to find the boot that fits your foot the best and then getting
the binding that fits the boot. Some people are sold on one binding though.
This is particualarly true of the Pilot Equipe Skate binding. If this is the
case you may want to choose a boot that fits that particular binding. All
bindings have several boots that work with them. If you are getting a classic
boot we think the binding systems are very similar (at least ski that way).
