Our retail shop is open Monday through Friday 9 to 7, Saturday 9 to 6 and Sunday 12 to 5. That is Alaskan Standard time. We are 4 hours behind the East Coast and 1 hour behind the West Coast. You can call us at (907) 272-1811 during those times.

Our fax number is (907) 274-6362. You can send whatever you like but it is most handy for faxing outlines of feet to insure proper fit.
